Could this be mucus plug

21 weeks 3 days been having on and off cramping for about two weeks already but cramping has been getting more painful but not close together at all i get the cramps every 30min or an hr later but its pretty strong i did got some cramping close together a while ago 12:40, 12:47 and 12:50 i used the restroom and this came out i thought it was usual discharge but when i wipe there was pink tinged discharge and i pulled this out of the toilet and its all gooey. I know mucus plug can regenerate but this has never happened with my other pregnancies
