6 weeks pregnant. Is this too much bleeding?

Wore this pad for 5 hours to monitor the bleeding. As you can see it was brown, but now starting to darken to pink/red. Although I’m not sure whether I’d consider this as bright red just yet (please tell me your thoughts). Is this considered spotting? Already spoke to a nurse who said, if I’m not cramping and filling a pad every hour then it’s okay to spot; but not sure if this is considered spotting...
