I don't know about you guys but I'm addicted to tacos!!!!!! 2nd time this week I make them. And I made so much extra so that I can have tacos for tomorrow as well. Lol. I have a problem! Lol.

It changes weekly, but this week all I’ve wanted is vinegary stuff. Salt & vinegar chips, veggie sub sandwiches with tons of vinegar, salad with vinegar, anything I can dip in ketchup... 
also, pancakes or breakfast burritos...I go to this coffee shop/cafe by my house and they have the most amazing breakfast burritos with egg whites and potatoes and bacon and homemade salsa. And I made a batch of pancakes this morning and ate all of them! I’m gluten free mostly, so i use the Simple Mills brand of pancake mix. So delicious!
