What should I do?

So before I found out I was having a girl my boyfriend picked out the name Avianna and that name always stuck with me I really like it & it’s the name he would like to name her. I was around 10 weeks when he decided this. 
I am now 29 + 3 weeks & I just found out that my cousin named her daughter Aviana ... her is with one N & we wanted two N’s. But since I found out that my cousin named her daughter that I want to change the name & he thinks we should still keep it... 
What should I do? Should I consider changing her name or should I keep it?

I think it depends how close you are to your cousin or if your children would often see each other. If not, I think it’s fine. If they would interact often it could be a bit weird and confusing.

I have an older cousin named Jessica. She is technically my dad’s cousin and growing up we had the same last name. Now we are both married. Doesn’t matter much.

Just do it 😝 picking a name is so impossible. If you really love it, use it. If they hang out at all call one Avianna and one Avi to tell them apart. I have a friend named Avianne and I think it’s the prettiest name

Depends on how close you are, how close the kids will be and at the end of the day you should talk to your cousin before deciding.
