Confused

So I’m 47 days late on my period (I AM NOT PREGNANT) for one I still have my implant from my previous marriage and my current boyfriend had a vasectomy. It’s been well over a year since I’ve had sex with anyone other than my boyfriend. I’ve had all period symptoms with no period. I do have the implanon implant and I’m aware of the side effects but I’ve had it for 2 years and I’ve never had anything like this.

Symptoms I have

Bloating

Diarrhea

Cramping

Head aches

Tender/sore breasts

Anyone know anything about this?!

I have a doctors appointment scheduled already to get looked at and I get my implant out in October. I just need help now.
