Autism

Hi everyone, I have a 10 year old son who was diagnosed with ADHD, sensory processing, anxiety and most recently Tourette’s. His neuropsychologist says she doesn’t believe Autism, but a couple of people who are familiar with Autism says that it could be that bc of the number of diagnoses that he has. I am researching autism and my son has very few “signs” of Autism.

My question is, does anyone have a child who has been diagnosed with Autism, but didn’t exhibit any (or very few) of the typical tell tale signs?
