Are dreams predictions??

Ok so the "is this a sign" ones I usually just skip over. Yes I do believe in signs ..

let me start from the beginning... December 2017 I had a dream I had a pregnant belly, shortly after I found out I was pregnant. It ended up being a chemical.

The next cycle I had a dream I took a test and it was positive , the next day I tested and bam, I was pregnant. I also had a dream a few weeks later that I lost the pregnancy, guess what happened. At 7 weeks the heart stopped and I carried not knowing till 8+5.

A year later I'm standing there doing the dishes and something hits me out of nowhere that the next time I get pregnant it'll be a girl. Then shortly after that I see a rainbow in a clear blue sky. A week after that I take a test and I'm pregnant. At some point in the pregnancy semi early on I had a dream I lost my pregnancy while in a bathroom. I tried so hard to forget about it. About a week or so before our anatomy scan I had a dream about a baby boy.

The amount of love and peace I felt for this child was so crazy that I woke up with that feeling. I wish I felt like that all the time.

My anatomy scan came and we found out it was a girl so I was very confused.

A week after my anatomy scan at 20 weeks and 5 days I went into early labor at 2:30 am and delivered my baby girl IN MY BATHROOM!

So my dream was right again, now what about the baby boy?? Well my sister offered to surrogate for us (I found out I can't carry full term)... So if we end up going that rout are we to have a baby boy? That's the only dream I've had that there was a physical baby in my arms. Is this a sign? Does anyone truly believe in those kind of dreams?
