RALEIGH, NC / LOST WEDDING RING! HELP

Okay Glow.. this might be a serious long shot but until I hear back from the organizations I have contacted... here we go.

August 21st, 2019 I went to take my N.C. state board exam for Esthetics in Raleigh, NC. I took my exam at 10am so I probably left for home any where from around 12-2:00pm. If you have tested, you know you are not able to have rings or jewelry on during the test. So I took my wedding rings off and put it in my purse. Well, on my way back there was an organization down the road at a stop light asking for donations. I am not sure what organization it was because I sat in the backseat and only heard what he was saying to my friends in the front. I knew I had change in my purse so I grabbed a hand full, rolled my window down, and put it in his bucket. He was with a group of people and they all had the same bucket so I believe the probability of them being an actual organization group is good.

Well today I go to put my rings back on to see them not in my purse. I didn’t think anything of it at first, I honestly thought I left them at home.. until I walked into work today and it hit me that I grabbed a bunch of change without looking at my hand and put it in a donation bucket.

You’re probably thinking: why did you not put your rings on right away? Why did you just look for them today? Well I’m not the type of girl who wears jewelry all the time, I didn’t think to automatically put it back on because to me it was a in a place where I wouldn’t lose it. HA.. or maybe you’re thinking how do you know you put it in the bucket? Well honestly I’m not 100% sure but I do know I grabbed a hand full of change, after emptying out my purse it was no where in there, and I looked at the probable places in my house and they weren’t there either.

This biggest long shot but if you know of organizations that would be taking donation, or if your from Raleigh, NC/took your test around there please comment and let me know.

Saint Jude’s - haven’t heard back yet

Salvation Army - it wasn’t them

Anything will help.
