Could i be pregnant ?

Im currently 3 days late and just notice some blood when i wipe and a little when i pee this am. My cycles are pretty regular and my breast feels fuller im moody tired all the time and only sleep better during the day. I have had some nausea without vomiting. My weight has been up and down. Could i be pregnant? Should I take a test today or wait? Im so excited and anxious
