I have no idea what is going on 😒

I am now 3/4 days late. Still negative tests. Slight cramps and the WORST headaches. I thought I had them from my period getting ready to start but alas, no period. Now I’m worried about ectopic pregnancy. Do those symptoms come on right away? Like would I be in pain right now?
