My SO is so messy!!! 😩

Okay, so I recently had an accident and fractured 3 bones in my ankle, broke my tibia and my hip. Before my accident I did EVERYTHING for my SO. I cook, clean, take care of our 6 animals and ect. Since my accident I've had a really had time doing all those things and yet my SO is STILL as messy as ever. We've been together for going on 3 months and share an apartment together. He leaves his clothes EVERYWHERE, and is just messy in general. What should I do?!?! I love him, but he drives me insane with his messy habits. 😩
