Anyone have lightheadedness first trimester?

Having pretty constant lightheadedness/dizziness that sometimes is worse when I lay down. Drinking water... not anemic. 9w and just not sure what to do to help it and if someone had it first trimester when it ended up going away? I get my ears checked on Wednesday but not super hopeful that it will be the problem. 😕bp is about 102/68 right now. Hr still in the 80’s. Tell me someone went through something similar to this? It’s been going on a few weeks now.

I did, it would constantly happen if i drank something too fast or was on my feet for too long. Usually just sitting down and having an ice cold drink helped but i didn't think much of it i assumed it was because i wouldn't eat much since i had morning sickness but then i got my glucose test and anemia test and everything came back normal but i still had this going on later on and got another blood test turns out i was anemic in the very low numbers

I’m near 29 week and been having it since I was about 10dpo 🤣🤣 not expecting it to go until baby arrives, I was the same with my daughter !

When I stand up too long or when I stand up too fast I get dizzy. Currently 8 weeks. My mother is 24 weeks and still having issues with being dizzy.

Anyone have lightheadedness first trimester?
