Concerned now

So I’ve been feeling sick for a long time, at work is the worse.. I finally said something isn’t right because i have to leave work every time that I’m there. Always dizzy, faint and I get sweaty and weak. I had enough and just went to the ER bc I couldn’t wait til my doctors appointment (btw I did just switch doctors and haven’t seen the new doctor yet) I’m also 33 weeks. Well I had JUST left the doctor yesterday and they told me everything was “fine” come to find out I have a bladder infection that God knows how long it has been there left untreated.. now I feel like something could be wrong with baby. How could the doctor not pick up that I had a bladder infection just yesterday but the ER did.. I’ve been feeling like this for a while, so I must have been had it .. called the new doctors and they want to see me earlier so they made room for me to come be seen. I’m really praying everything turns out ok with baby. I do know infections can be a little serious in pregnancy.. not sure if this is linked to why ive been feeling so sick lately.
