Birth control switch
I just switched birth control pills this past month and it's a lower estrogen dose but I'm not sure if it's normal to not have my period the first month of the new pills. I have sex but take the pills consistently and we always use condoms. The directions for the new pill also say to chew the pill....can swallowing vs chewing make a difference? What's the deal?
