Rhogam and pain?

I went to the ER last night due to some cramping and spotting and everything with baby is fine. They took a crap ton of blood, used saline, and also gave me the Rhogam shot because I am a negative blood type. Last night I cried a lot so I was pretty numb. But today I woke up and every part of my body hurts. I can't bend over. Can't stretch out my arms. Washing my hair was a chore. I'm even slacking on my make up because my arms are so tired and sore. What could have caused this? Did anyone else have this problem?
