Toning and muscle building
So I used to weigh 190 and I'm 5'8
But I've lost some weight and I now weigh 163 I'm less focused on losing weight at this point and now I just want to tone and tighten and build muscle so any advice for that would be greatly appreciated also trying to improve my butt so glute building exercises as well as chest exercises to perk my breasts up some would be great too thank you in advance.
