Pumping problems

Has anyone else developed pumping problems? I haven’t had any issues pumping until this week. I’ve only ever pumped 2-3 times per week just to have some extra in the freezer. I replaced parts on my pump and even bought a manual pump to see if it was a problem with the pump but it doesn’t seem to be. I can’t get a letdown no matter what I try except if my baby is nursing. I’m just curious if anyone has ever had this issue and how to fix it? I have an appointment with a Lactation consultant next week but it’s been so stressful because my baby was sick last week and wouldn’t nurse but would take a bottle I just couldn’t pump anything out 😫
