Help!

I have been in a relationship with my boyfriend for 4 almost 5 years. I have been in love with him since the day I met him but the last few months I feel like I have been unhappy and unsure about our future. We have not been sexually active like we usually are. (A lot) he is starting to notice a change in me and he is scared I am going to leave him. I am hoping I am just in a funk myself and it’s not that I am just out growing our relationship because I do really love him. My question is: should I give it time and see if it gets better or should I end the relationship since I’m feeling unhappy? I just don’t know what to do or how to make it better.
