Help please

There was a week before my period when I started have spotting for 3 days and at first it was very light and pinkish , the next day it was pink/orange and then yesterday it was orange/red with a little pink here and there. Today I went to the bathroom and it was a dark red/ brown with pink spots. I've had cramping with all of them. And i haven't bleed enough to fill a panty liner What could this be?
