We are on a break 💔

So I’ve been with my man for about three years now it’s has been the most beautiful three years ever I love him with all my heart but we had a fight a few days ago on if he would wait for me to get married because he is a few years older he’s ready to get married and I want to get married to but I want to do it the right way he wanted me to run away with him to live with him I love him to pieces but I just can’t leave just like that I told him if he would wait for me and he said the years aren’t forgiving since he is older and I told him we are better off on a break I’ve been non stop thinking on if I should continue with our relationship or if should we go our own ways my heart is full of sadness I don’t get hungry I’m not sleeping enough like the way I should it’s breaking my heart and I don’t know what to do Does any one have advice?
