sore breasts
hi guysss do you have any advice for sore, tender breasts? i have a heating pad and i’ve been drinking a lot of water and what not but nothing is helping. is it just a time thing? i’m also 5 days late on my period and they’ve been hurting for well over a week now. but my periods are usually irregular.
