please help me..

I am so desperate for answers and i have a doctors appointment on Thursday but in the mean time i would LOVE some help.

on August 6th, i took my nuvaring out after sex because it was time to come out per boyfriend and i ttc conversation. i have not had one spot of blood since removing, even until today but...

skip to the week of August 11th, I started taking OPKs to see if I could get a handle on where I was at. I took one on the 13th that was faint, on the 14th it was darker and by 15 it looked like this (yes I understand this is not peak but it looked like I was getting there.) so we had sex the 12th, 15th and 18th.

the last few days I have been EXHAUSTED, which is strange for me and my nipples are killing me which is never a period symptom of mine. i tested yesterday morning with a BFN but I know it’s early depending on when I O’ed if I did at all!

Can anyone give me amen insight as to what the actual F is going on with me....

To add, I’ve also been taking Alani Nu balance since Thursday I don’t know if that makes a difference
