Does this look like a normal 10 week ultrasound??

I also attached my 8 week ultrasound to show the difference. I had these done at a local 3D/4D clinic and at 8 weeks she was able to find the baby’s heartbeats a strong 180bpm but then at my 10 week, she couldn’t find the heartbeat and was having trouble getting a good view of the baby. Is it possible the baby was just hiding and she couldn’t get a good angle for the heartbeat? Should I be worried? I’m calling my OB Monday morning but have been freaking out until then.

I really don’t want to give negative vibes or anything but it honestly looks like your baby is smaller I had one at 9 weeks and t was so much bigger then that

these are my twins at 9w4d weeks. they were actually measuring bigger than my LMP date so they were measuring about 10w6d in these pictures.

This is why it's not recommended to do 3D/4D ultrasounds until 27 weeks. The picture is very blurry. I didn't have a 10 week ultrasound. So I can't compare my sonogram. Maybe go to your Dr and tell her about the ultrasound.  They maybe able to set up an emergency ultrasound for the same day. I would definitely get on that ASAP

It may have been that she couldn’t get a great view but it also could be an indication that baby has stopped growing & passed away. By this time a sonographer should definitely see a clear heartbeat & it is concerning that it’s now gone.
I was earlier than you but during our last pregnancy a heartbeat was seen at 6w1d then gone by my next scan at 10 weeks with our baby having not grown at all.

Last week we went in on Monday and had another ultrasound and found that the baby had stopped growing not long after my 8 week ultrasound. Scheduled a D&C but my body didn’t want to cooperate and I ended up miscarrying naturally last Thursday. It’s a horrible thing to have to go through and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone! Thank you for all your support and advice and I hope the best for all of you expecting mammas! 💕

I don't want to worry you but I also want to be realistic. Sadly mine were like this and baby had stopped growing at 8 weeks.  This was last March, I had a missed miscarriage and ended up having a d&c as I was too impatient to wait it out. I hope everything is okay ♥️
