What did you do with your dress after your wedding??

Other than boxing it?? I'm looking for creative ideas as to what to do with it. I don't want it to just sit in a box forever!

I had it boxed, but it’s like a shadow box. It cost $99 to do it. Now it sits in my room amongst my wedding shrine.

You could donate it to someone in need or send it to angel babies to make little dresses for the ones that passed early

My grandmother’s dress sat boxed from 1948-1997 when my mom wore it. Then my mom has it boxed from 1997-2013 when we put it on display at my grandparents’ 65th wedding anniversary. It then went back into the box until 2018 when, with my grandma’s approval, my mom had it made into a baptism gown (with vest and bonnets) for our child. I now have the baptism gown in the original box my grandmother used.
