Traveling while TTC

My family wants to go on a cruise outside the country. The cruise let’s you be pregnant if your less then 24 weeks. Im hoping to be pregnant by then (if TTC goes as planed 🤞🏻) I have 1.5 year old and she will be around 2 when we go. My family thinks I’m crazy because I don’t want to go! Like who wants to be on a ship in your first trimester with a 2 year old?!? The question I have is - Am I crazy for not going?? If anything were to happen I would be away from my obgyn!! 😫
