Getting insulted everyday!

I’m currently pregnant with my third and before this pregnancy my husband and I were so happy but now he has changed so much he insults me every time then he says he was tired or stressed but I’m getting tired of it, I don’t do that to him, he is constantly saying how lazy of a person I am and he is tired of doing everything for me and blames me for everything, I just get tired quicker taking care of 2 kids and being pregnant then I have IBS so I get Severe gas pains, I don’t feel like I’m lazy I try my best but sometimes I just have to rest for a while especially because I have been spotting on and off so I take it slow and since I have had a history of severely bleeding during pregnancy I don’t want that to happen and be in bed rest so I am scared, I’m so tired of him apologizing to me and saying he didn’t mean it,I talk to him but ignores me or says sorry but he does it again the next day and this has been going on for weeks now and right now I feel stuck I wish I could get away from him for awhile but I don’t have any friends and family
