9dpo early pregnancy ??

Last night I was violently sick 🤮 and had Diarrhea too it was just awful! And absolutely not usual! Could have been something ate although I have been able to keep drink and food down today luckily.

I have no energy today and feel very drowsy.

Could this be early pregnancy or something else random?

Really hope it’s my month! Took a test yesterday - see pic

- but then took one this morning it was negative 😔

I’ve ordered more test but I’m going to stop using the first response early detection pregnancy tests because I’ve noticed faint lines in the past and turned out I wasn’t pregnant!
