Advice?
So I’m exactly one week late from my period today! I’ve had severe cramps and backaches and headaches. Mild nausea and exhausted. I just used the bathroom and wiped the lightest color blood I have ever seen in my life. No blood in the toilet at all and it was only when I wiped. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow morning cause one pregnancy test had a faint line. Do I keep the appointment or cancel it and say I got my period????
