Concerned On How To Approach The Future

I've been with my boyfriend for over a year and a half. We have made a lot of plans to get married etc. However I plan to get my bachelors and then go to teach in Korea. This is my dream and I'm not willing to give it up, not even for love. He isn't ping to school though and has no idea what he wants to do with his life. This concerns me about our future and I'm afraid I will end up falling away from him. If we are together when I leave for Korea, I won't leave him behind or anything. I also won't stay though and give up my dreams. The problem also is that if he doesn't know what he wants to do by then, he won't be able to get a job in Korea. I don't want to be with him if he doesn't have his own idea for the future.
