So long story short sort of

I thought this month I was pregnant but never got a BFP. I have two kids and really FELT pregnant. Nausea, back pain, extreme breast pain and heaviness, running nose. All things I had with my first two. Period came five days late. First three were tons of big black clots, since then red blood with occasional clots. I’m on day six now. Here’s what’s weird my breasts haven’t stopped hurting. Called my doc and got two mammograms and an ultrasound all came back normal. Now three days of very sharp stabbing left abdominal pain AND extreme EXTREME light headedness and dizziness. The room won’t stop spinning whether standing or laying. I can barely walk straight. What the heck is wrong with me???!!!! Is it ectopic? Am I diabetic? I literally have no clue this is so weird. I know something is wrong. I told my husband I’ll go to urgent care tomorrow but what can this be?!
