Best friend pregnant and I’m trying to be happy.

My best friend just told me she’s pregnant with baby #3. She is “bummed” they only got to try for 2 months, while my husband and I are going on a year of trying to conceive #2 (8 months since a miscarriage). I’m struggling to be happy for her. She has been very supportive in our journey and my pain of trying to get #2, but it’s such a struggle to be happy when she gets pregnant so easily. Not looking for hate or sympathy just needed a place to say it all.
