Is real contractions makes you go poop??

So I had already 2 scares, the first time I went to hospital but got sent home, because I was not dilated or anything... Second time I didn't go and waited till it went away itself. This time contractions lasting 4-5 minutes and makes me go poop.. Is that normal? Could that be the real contractions?? I already went to the toilet twice.

It's very common for your body to have a 'clear out' a day or two before your birth behind, keep that in mind :)

I had diarrhea in between every contraction for a couple of hours. I highly highly recommend eating a meal before going to the hospital.

Thank you girls! I went to sleep and I woke up having contraction, it was preaty painful cause it woke me up, but they are between 7-9 minutes apart, hopefully it's a real deal now
