Car seat position - where will you install the infant car seat in the rear of your car?

I’ve read different opinions from “experts” online. Generally it seems centre is best but a) not all vehicles are equipped for a seat in the centre and b) not necessarily practical with more than one child. Most popular seems to be behind passenger seat for easy access/monitoring, etc. Just looking for what other people are doing/have done!

Baby is going to be on the passenger side this time around....because I have 3 car seats that will be installed in my vehicle and that just how it works out. But when I only had one baby it was in the center.

We tried center with my son but it is such a pain especially as they get bigger and heavier (you are asking to pull some muscles or hit the child’s head especially in smaller cars) Now my son sits behind the passenger and baby girl will go behind the drivers seat.

Our center is taken by my soon to be 1 y/o son already 😩 i don’t really wanna switch cuz it woyld be easier for us to put in and iut for the carseat if it’s behind passenger or driver seat

My son has always been behind the driver's side. Easy access for me to attend him when he's crying. I plan on having baby girl on the passenger side to have space between my kids. I'll probably have to sit in the middle while he gets used to her though lol

Always did passenger side for easier access. It's too dang difficult to maneuver them in and out if they are centered. This being baby 2, my son will be moving to driver side and my daughter will be on passenger side.

We do not have a center, we have captains chairs in both our SUVs so baby goes behind the passenger.
