Post miscarriage nightmares

I am a week late but, not pregnant. I think I'm still adjusting post loss since this will be only my 3rd cycle after.

I lost my daughter, early on, in April. As it nears my due date, things are getting harder. The last few nights, I dream I am taking a pregnancy test because I've not started my period but, when I look at the test it is covered in blood and I see blood running through the little screen too. I try really hard to see the results but, it is too bloody to read. It is awful.
