Red lines which look like stretch marks gradually strated appearing on my arms ( upper arms and fore arms)

I will say I just got off depo shot a few months ago and gained 60+ pounds. I'm the biggest I've ever been and losing the weight as best I can.

Just wondering what these lines are if not stretch marks?

Don't have health insurance, just wanted to share and see if anyone else had the same

Before I end up paying out of pocket to see a doctor just for them to tell me it's stretch marks
