Any moms with babies close in age?

Literally just took a pregnancy test this morning, but just looking for any words of encouragement or tips of any kind. Not sure how I wi fit another baby into our house or anything. My son will be 2 at the end of October and my daughter is 6 months. So in April I may have 3 under 3 😱

This is my life . I now have a 30 month old, 16 month old, and 5 month old. 3 under 3 .. and it does get hard. Routines get easier.. the cries become white noise in the car.. and it is easy to get out with your babies when you no longer have a pregnant belly. We go out almost everyday and I never went out with my 1st two together.. I was scared of the looks, scared of not being able to calm them down when we were out. The more they get out.. the less they will act out when you do. And the stares I get.. I just smile like yes I am doing this..I’m a badass . Always have snacks and a movie ready to go on your phone. Invest in a small double umbrella stroller ... They are less than $80 on Amazon and a side by side can fit through doors. & I wear the baby in one of those carriers. A pack and play for the living room to keep baby safe from toddlers when you have to step away for a second. These are just a couple tips. And when you feel like you are going to lose it. Step away for a second..breathe and tell yourself I can do this..  they will be okay and best friends some day. good luck!

My oldest is 6, but my youngest 2 are 13 months and 3 months, so they are less than a year apart! It has been difficult but it can be done! If it is the case, you can do it! You will figure out how things can work!  Good luck to you!

I want 3 under 3 lol I have 2 under 2 and the majority of the time I absolutely love it (21 months and 5 months) I’m begging my husband to try again before end of this year.

Same boat! My first two were planned. Oldest will be 2 the end of September and I have a 6 month old. Recently found out I’m pregnant from a whoops night my husband and I had. I took plan b the next day but apparently it was too late. We are shocked but I know we will get through it. I hear it’s easier going from 2 to 3 kids than it is 1 to 2.

I have a 2 and 3 year old. They were born 11 months apart and it's not always easy but they are an absolute joy. They are so close not just in age but in general. My tip is to let the youngest ones help as much as they want or can and let the hold and cuddle the new baby just minding they don't squish the new baby's head 😂 I think the trick to a good relationship in children older or young is to let them participate and try not to put too many barriers between them and baby as it will minimise jealousy and angst. I have two boys that are 10 months apart and my third baby boy is due next week. So right now both my boys are 3 until my oldest turns 4 October 1st
