Cramping 4-5 DPO

I have been crampy, achy in my Lower back but I'm not at the magic DPO date for implantation, I've been tracking my opk and my first positive was last Saturday, positive Sunday, negative Monday. Could it be I ovulated sooner or is it possible to implant sooner than 6-7 DPO?
