No period, not pregnant

So my period is late by 10 days already and today when I was wiping after using the bathroom there was what I'm assuming brown blood. Usually after my period I would see this on my pad but the fact that i did not have my period this month and then this comes has got me a little worried. Does anyone know what this could be?

I am not pregnant nor taking birth control pills, only allergy pills.
