Tylenol okay during pregnancy?

Question

I have 101 fever right now and miserable. Doctor told me it was okay with my Prozac but wanted to be sure it was okay for pregnancy. 
From google it looks to be safe- I use the Tylenol extra strength and google said it’s safe but would love to hear from other mommas.

There is no such thing as any kind of perfectly safe medication as all carry some sort of risk.
My own research encouraged me to not use acetaminophen at all due to recent studies showing it to be one of the least effective pain killers with higher likelihood of liver damage in long-term usage whereas aspirin and ibuprofen (with other NSAIDs) are more likely to cause stomach damage. 
I would recommend trying other methods of reducing a fever or headache, like a cool bath and drinking lots of water, but if they do not work, then don’t suffer unnecessarily. A single dose will likely have no adverse effect in comparison to long-term usage.
