I read that you should spend your tww nesting. Taking naps and eating warm soups and drinking tea. Anything that would make you feel warm and toasty. That way when implantation is taking place the egg feels welcome and inviting. To me it makes sense so that is what I'm doing in my TWW and I find it takes my mind off of wanting to test. Also get your spouse to give you a relaxing massage. Also soothe yourself in the bath and take the time to soak. So pretty much pamper your body. Don't go out to any big outings choose A movie and cuddle time. Read a good book anything that you find relaxing. This is the first time I try it but I figured I've tried everything else so why not give this a shot. Baby dust to all you lovely ladies hopefully we all get our rainbow babies.
