Trying to conceive!

Hey guys! New here! My names destiny and I know I’m a little young right now but my fiancé and I have been trying to have a baby. And by trying I mean trying a LOT. So August 8th of this year I had my nexaplanon birth control implant removed. A week or two ago we were you know having some fun and he can’t remember if he had came in me or not. But all last week we had been trying and we took a break because I’ve been having really weird symptoms such as

Heat flashes

Nausea

Cramping

Headaches

Pink spotting the other day when I wiped

More discharge then normal

And an increase in appetite.

And being more tired than usual.

I don’t know if these are symptoms of implantation or not, but I’d appreciate it if I got some help or advice on how to conceive faster or hell if it already happened!!
