Hey fellow people with endometriosis and very painful periods, what do you do when you have that kind of insane pain that makes you unable to think or breathe or do anything but curl up and scream into a pillow?? I’m resistant to most pain meds and the usual stretches and things that I do to try and relieve some of this aren’t working. Btw, I am on birth control for it but since I just started the other day it isn’t working quite yet.

And sorry for the incoherent ranting I’m curled up in a ball trying to write as fast as possible lmao
