Example of a lack of sex Education

Hi! So this is just a random question, how much more likely is it that you get pregnant during your fertility window vs not during fertility window? Is it even possible to get pregnant while your not on your fertility window part of the month? This is so stupid to ask but I never really understood. Thanks!
