21 weeks on wednesday

I have only felt Céili move twice so far and I don't know why. My last delivery was a csection and my incision site and lower stomach is still numb I'm doing a vbac this pregnancy and I'm scared I won't feel the contractions if I'm still numb. Has anyone had anything similar?
