Pulling pain/Cerclage

Eariler today when I was at work I swung open a kind of heavy door and I felt a pulling sensation in my lower abdomen. I have a Cerclage in place so I’m just wondering if it’s from that? I have no bleeding. I have a little discomfort and I think I’m starting to get Braxton Hicks now because my stomach feels very tight. I’m calling my doctor in the morning just to make sure this is all normal. But has anyone had a pulling sensation and discomfort and their Cerclage fail- even with no bleeding? Just curious. TIA
