These bugs are biting me😭

I don’t know what they are. Hopefully if I can explain them someone will know because they’re too small and fast to get a picture of and I think Theyre getting in from the AC unit. You know the little nats or fruit flys people get in their kitchen when they always have dirty dishes or fruit sitting out? They’re like that.. but it’s not that. It’s a little bit bigger and has green wings and they are biting the shit out of me and I want to kill all of them.
