Unusual Period/Pregnant

Can you be pregnant if you have a early and lighter period than usual?...I had pinkish spotting 1 day for a couple hrs and then the 3rd day I had the same thing followed by what I think is my period but it's early and way lighter than usual cause my 1st & 2nd day im type heavy so I'm not sure if it's a possibility that I can be pregnant or not. Please help anyone
