Sudafed PE while pregnant

I’m 20 weeks pregnant and Sudafed is listed as a safe cold medicine to take. Well after taking it, I realized it was Sudafed PE and was horrified by the stuff I saw on google about how pregnant women shouldn’t take it at all. I only took 1 dose and was wondering if everything should be ok? I just need some insight from real people, not google. My OB’s office isn’t open for another 2 hours but I need to ease my mind now.
