Milk allergy??

So I’m scheduling an appointment for her but does anyone know if this looks like a milk allergy I just wanna confirm before I fight the pediatrician because I told them before she was lactose intolerant but they argued with me any other mamas think it’s a milk allergy she’s a year old

My son has a milk allergy and his would pop up like that around his eyes. It pops up through eczema. We fought with our doctors to get him tested and low and behold he was allergic. He's better now, but almost everything premade has milk or soy, so it's hard to know what he ate that triggers it, but I try and catch everything. Good luck!
