Hormone levels- does anyone know what this means?

TLDR; Can I actually ovulate??!

My boyfriend and I tried for a baby a little while ago, however we stopped trying after a few months. Life wasn't in a good place at the time. We have decided to try again (I'm currently on my 1st proper period after my withdrawal bleed from the Pill)

When we tried last time, I spoke to the doctor about lack of ovulation. I was checking for CM but whatever I did have was a really small amount & not the egg white consistency, which has happened this month, yet I'm on my period so I presume I ovulated(?)

. I remembered when the doctor did a blood test last time to check for PCOS, which I didn't have, she did mention that the hormone levels for ovulation were off but by this point we had decided to stop trying for a baby.

I'm just worried/wondering if I have some sort of hormonal imbalance.

I just want to know I work properly and that I can ovulate!!

Results said normal, but the comments suggest otherwise.
